The CCBD practitioner journal is Beyond Behavior which is published three times each year. The purpose of this journal is to publish material of special relevance to teachers and other practitioners working with students with emotional and behavioral disorders.
The goals of Beyond Behavior are:
1. To provide a source of analysis and commentary on issues and to point to new directions and ways of thinking about the behavior of children and adolescents in our schools
2. To broaden the impact of research on our practice in schools by making research more accessible across disciplinary boundaries to a wide audience of practitioners
3. To lend support and affirmation to those who work with troubled and troubling children and youth.
